2 x 3km on the road loop from Tesco. First 1.2km slightly uphill then 800m downhill and 1km flat back to the start. Happy with how it felt.

Crathes parkrun, mix of trails and roads in the estate with a few short hills. Good little workout and the trail sections were fun. Quite wet in places. Next week the course changes permanently to have more trail and more hill so that’ll be fun.
