Running, mostly off road 51:35 [2] 11.51 km (4:29 / km) +130m 4:15 / km

Easy Deeside way and Crathes loop. Foot a bit stiff to start (wore some shoes yesterday which don't work for me my feet) but improved throughout. The trails weren't as muddy as I expected which was nice.

Road Running 22:08 [2] 5.01 km (4:25 / km) +40m 4:15 / km

Short loop on the roads before coaching. Running a bit late, planned to stop at 5km anyway but I'd like to have done a few strides. Jogged 2-3km more with the group.
