Treadmill long tempo, 4km easy, 30km at 18.1km/h, 3km easy. Mentally tough but not too bad once in the rhythm. Realised a few km in that the gradient was up so I put it back to 1% and it felt way better. 25km through the tempo the treadmill turned off with no warning which caused a mini crash. Once up to speed again I did the last 5km slightly quicker to get the HR back up. Overall not too bad with enough drinks and cold air coming in.
