Road Running warm up/down 18:00 [2] 4.0 km (4:30 / km)

Warming up as much as possible before standing on the start line for 15 minutes

Road Running race 1:05:59 [5] 21.1 km (3:08 / km) +70m 3:05 / km

Cardiff half marathon. Horrible day and feeling a bit lethargic and low on energy after 8km. No sign of foot pain when I got going at least. Struggled between 8-15km then felt good and picked off some guys in the final kilometres when the weather got really tough. Came about 45th overall which wasn't bad, just slow time and behind guys I should be running with

Foot still not good. Started off jogging then gradually picked it up. Last 8km from 3'30"-3'05" with no problems once it finally loosened off

Scharnitz lop with Tom, easy for 1km then all under 4min pace. Hill sprints at the end. Legs better than yesterday
5 PM

Running, mostly off road 45:35 [3] 9.57 km (4:46 / km) +200m 4:19 / km

Easy run with Tom to Lautersee. Foot a bit stiff from walking around all day. Felt bad on the run but loosened off eventually
