15 x 1' (1' roll-on) on the Riedboden path. Felt good but maybe didn't push as hard as I could have. After the last longer sessions I had no idea how fast I was going, seemed a lot faster than it was though. Rain, wind and cold didn't help either, had to wear tights and a jacket which soaked up water. 10 of the reps going up the valley and 5 down.
