Longish run out and back along the coastal path, starting easy and pushing a bit the last 5km. Legs feeling good but difficult to get a rhythm on the endless undulations and muddy grass.

Easy run along the coast and back. Did some road hill reps after to get the legs moving.

Coastal path to St Abbs for lunch. Feeling good, legs feeling fully recovered from last weekend.

Easy run along the coastal path south from Eyemouth. Everything fine.

Easy loop up the river to Scharnitz and back. Legs gradually improving, today felt okay.

Easy run with Rob on the trails. Legs loosening off well by the end. The last proper run as a resident of Mittenwald.
