Running, mostly off road warm up/down 1:01:05 [2] 13.87 km (4:24 / km) +170m 4:09 / km
Warm up down to the Deeside line for a session, easy running between reps and cool down back home. Found a direct route down through Hazlehead and Cults to get on the cycle road, trails most of the way. Really happy with it as it's 5.5km so manageable as a warm up. Only problem is it's almost all uphill on the way back and today it was a strong headwind too.

5 x 5' (2' easy). Really pleased with the session as it was another windy day but the Deeside line was sheltered enough to run even splits at even effort. Legs felt good and smooth. Was working fairly hard on the last two but the pace didn't suffer. Easy recoveries were a bit quicker than I intended but probably didn't have much effect on the rep speeds.
