10 x 2' (1') then 10 x 1' (1') later in the day. All days and sessions rolling in to one. Tried to jog again following advice of J.C but it was less comfortable than yesterday and things started to tighten up so I stopped. Loosened off quickly when back on the bike.
More chunks of cycling at various efforts. Saw J.C which made a big improvement. Went from struggling to walk and being in pain in the morning to doing a few minutes slow jogging under his supervision in the afternoon. It’s good progress so hopefully will continue.
More time on the turbo. Hard to tell if there’s progress with the back. Managed to walk 400m with mild pain which is better than a few days ago but still not great. Looking forward to more treatment tomorrow with J.C.
