Hill running 2:37:26 [3] 30.35 km (5:11 / km) +990m 4:28 / km

Over Scolty and Goauch a few times plus a loop around the forest. Plenty of nice single trails. Legs didn’t feel too bad at any point, was ready to cut it short if needed.

Running, mostly off road 1:32:01 [2] 18.19 km (5:04 / km) +460m 4:29 / km

Another loop from Cardross, pre breakfast. Lots more boggy running and some nice trails too. Getting thirsty and tired by the end.

Running, mostly off road 50:02 [2] 11.23 km (4:27 / km) +120m 4:14 / km

Deeside and Crathes loop with a slight detour to add in a longer uphill. Legs getting back to normal.

Running, mostly off road 43:08 [2] 9.03 km (4:47 / km) +180m 4:21 / km

Easy loop from Cardross on some roads, gravel tracks and a bit of boggy hill. Enjoyed it and legs were fine.

A few climbs of Scolty at a comfortable steady effort, easy downhills as the cycling tightened the quads a bit.

Easy one around the Crathes trails. Feeling good but tired from the travel home.

Cycling 2:15:00 [2]

On the Deeside way to Aberdeen and back for a coaching session. Easy on the way there then a bit harder on the way home to avoid cycling in the dark as much as possible. Warm sunny day.

Tuesday Sep 10 #

Another short jog in Herzo before heading home. Noticing an improvement in the legs each day which is nice.

Monday Sep 9 #

Easy jog on some gravel trails around Herzo. Most of the stiffness gone in the legs but the foot wasn’t great. Had some headaches after the journey yesterday and overnight, too much time traveling and not enough fresh air.

Testing out some new shoes on the gravel tracks and forest paths. Didn’t plan on doing another run but I wanted to get outside and had limited time.
