Running, mostly off road 2:01:56 [2] 24.25 km (5:02 / km) +300m 4:44 / km

Easy loop from Linn O' Dee through Glen Quoich and Lui with Ginie. There were a few rougher bits left over from the storm in 2015 and crossing between the glens but the rest was smooth. Legs not too bad.

Hill running 13:00 [2] 2.0 km (6:30 / km) +170m 4:34 / km

Short run up to Creag Choinnich from Braemar. Nice and steep, legs were better on that than flatter stuff recently.

Running, mostly off road 49:22 [2] 10.54 km (4:41 / km) +140m 4:24 / km

Easy run with Ginie up to Loch Callater and back. Everything more or less fine and also a gap in the rain.

Easy Crathes loop with Ginie, adding in the extension on the parkrun course which was very muddy. Legs getting back to normal, bit of stiffness still and various pains in the toes which go away during runs.

Loop through the trails behind the house, Loch of Leys and around Corsee woods. Still struggling to sleep and wake up at normal times.

Easy Crathes loop. Legs not bad but still jetlagged. Trying to get out in the daylight but there's not much of it.

Group run on Scolty. Was prepared to walk if needed but the legs weren't too bad. Just tired from travel and slept in until 11.40am

This day disappeared due to losing the 8hr time difference and having a horrendous journey back. Legs improving though.
