From Aboyne over Carnferg from two sides then a loop in the forest. Took the dog which was fine everywhere except the first descent off Carnferg where I had to put her on the lead to stop her chasing the grouse. That meant she was pulling me down the steep muddy section which wasn't ideal. Legs started to tighten up in the last 30min but within a few minutes of finishing everything felt great.

Easy run from Cults to Seaton park linking up some nice trails and some less nice parts. Loop round the park at the end to finish. Still feeling stiff but energy levels good and effort was low.

Twice up Scolty. Bit of a mixed run in terms of how I felt, uphills were good but everything felt stiff after the last downhill.

Half road and half on trails. Deeside way to Crathes then on the backroads coming back by the castle and on to the trails to finish. Legs much better today, still a lot of general stiffness (probably from not running as much) but getting there.

Bike ride with Ginie through the backroads to Drumoak and home on the Deeside line.

Easy Scolty climb then finishing in the town. Much closer to normal.

Physio session with JC in afternoon. More hamstring/adductor work. Felt like the sore area released a bit.

Easy run across the parks then back through Corsee woods. Slight improvement on yesterday but still tired.

Loop around Crathes backroads and smooth trails with Ginie.

Short easy one, measuring the 5K route for the group session tonight. Felt like I'd never ran before for the first 5min then got a lot better. Hamstring not noticeable during the run but could feel it walking around at home, it's a lot better than yesterday though.
