Over Dumyat to Menstrie and back. Good day for it, warm and dry. Really happy with how things felt, especially on the climbs. The legs were working like normal on the steep stuff without any fatigue or feeling lightheaded.

Easy out and back along the coast from home, first run solo since last weekend. Was a wee bit tired starting out but quickly got into a good rhythm and was way better than most of the recent runs. Noticed it on the climbs especially, the legs had some pop rather than being like the end of a marathon. Pace on the uphill kms was about 30s faster than the last times I ran there. Not sure if it's from some easier days or from antibiotics kicking in. Hopefully progress continues.

Easy out and back on the road down to the strip and then on the trail through there to the garden centre and back. Nice trail section now it's dry but just too short. Legs feeling fine and no issues.

Easy Latrigg and Skiddaw run, hiking the steeper climbs. Felt ok, didn’t work hard enough to see how much better the uphill legs were but it was definitely better than two days ago.

Easy round Derwent water with Becca. Good run, feeling more bouncy and fresh again.

Hill running 2:19:20 [1] 18.05 km (7:43 / km) +1120m 5:53 / km

Loop over Grizedale pike and back with Becca. Hiking most of the climbs and running the flats and downs. Felt ok, more like myself pre Zegama.

Tuesday May 28 #

Running, mostly off road 1:18:00 [1] 11.36 km (6:52 / km) +480m 5:40 / km

Easy over cat bells and back by the lake with Becca. Hiked and jogged the climbs then easy running on the flat. Legs ok, fine ticking over easy and energy levels were ok.
