I think my last swim was about 9 months ago (I hate swimming). Although, despite lack of practice and attitude towards swimming, my body still remembered how to front crawl. Hope Big Fish helps me to improve my swimming skill this winter.

Very hard spin class but I'm glead I did. Feels great to get back into my old exercise groove. Now I have a craving for Chicken Marbella...

Damn! Big Fish locked up my bike and I can't find the key for it... I will ride my hard tail as a last resort or should I just give up on mountain biking and start waxing my skis. Contemplating on Friday night...

Hot Yoga 1:15:00 [3]

Because it was a free class, the room was packed and extra hot and humid... I forgot to bring my water bottle but I survived. Corpse pose felt great after 75 minutes of fun flow yoga.
