Spin Class 1:00:00 [3]
Got there early so I did warm up of easy 10 minutes run on a treadmill before the class. Monday class is the hardest but managed to survive. My legs seem stronger than before the Spain trip (Bart's training camp was successful!) that I could spin with higher cadence at high resistance. After some stretching, did some core workout, hoping to get rid of the fat I put on over a month of eating tasty pastries.
