Mt Biking 4:28:00 [3] 52.0 km (5:09 / km)

Single track 6 - stage 6 course with big fish, c, co, becca. Didn't follow the exact race course but I think we did more elevation...

We biked up extra to ride down LSD and it was beyond my skill and I got off my bike many times. Missed a turn and wend down all the way so we climbed up again... I was very tired towards the end especially my wrists from going down CBT with tight switchbacks.

Overall, it was a satisfying day riding long distance and exploring new area and riding challenging trails.

Mt Biking 2:43:00 [3] 28.5 km (5:43 / km) +1000m 4:52 / km

Single Track 6 - stage 5 couse (mt 7 and mt shadow) with C, CO, Becca, and Big Fish. So many trails and had to stop at trail junctions to ensure we are going the way we want. Fun riding with some technical sections. I had no problem riding down but i got off my bike alot going up... I got hot and hungry towards the end. We finished jumping into the river and a buger at Wolf's Den (๑´ڡ`๑).

Hot and dusty run with big fish to fence line. Eating before running is not so good idea but was hungry and couldn't help. Should have planned timing better.

Yoga workout in the living room. I could hold more poses today than last time.

Before sunset ride with big fish. Going up, Brody, big tree, dark side, axle alley, roller coaster.

Stretch and some core workouts.

Monday Aug 15, 2016 #

Running (Trail) 50:16 [3] 8.02 km (6:16 / km)

Ran the Forest grove before it gets too hot then deep stretch and some core work out.
