Mt Biking 1:06:00 [3] 10.36 km (6:22 / km)

Short ride in Merrit (visitor centre area). Big Fish and I rode up TMI (well marked very nice switchback up) and down Upper ridge (gnarly downhill trail) and top half of Ridge (this was also gnarly) then traversed TMI to Ursa Major and finish. There are so many trails... Met a local rider afterwards at the visitor centre parking lot and he told me the Godey is a fun trail to ride down. Have to come back again.

Mt Biking 1:00:00 [3] 22.0 km (2:44 / km)

Morning dip in the hot spring then packed up our camping stuff and started pedalling down the dead fish road in the rain. Nice to find out that my rain pants has drawstrings on the cuffs that I didn't have to roll the pant cuffs up. Found our canoe where we left it. Loaded the canoe and off to paddling again.

Canoeing 4:00:00 [3] 25.0 km (9:36 / km)

Paddled back the Pit Lake to the car. Lake was fairly calm. We had tail wind few times and used a kayak sail. The thing helps!! It was raining lightly the whole way and had thick fog at one point. We didn't stop this time because if we stop we would get cold and wasn't sure if the weather gets worse or not. We were luncky we didn't have head wind or rough water and made it alive all in one piece.

Canoeing 4:30:00 [3] 25.0 km (10:48 / km)

Memorable adventure time with Big Fish. Rented a canoe and loaded two bikes, bob the trailer, and camping equip and we canoed cross Pit Lake. Lake was calm and with nice sunny weather at the beginning. We stopped at a waterfall about a half way and had a short lunch break. It got little bit rough near the end but we made it.

Mt Biking 1:30:00 [3] 22.0 km (4:05 / km)

After quick transition from canoe to bike, we biked flattish up gravel road along Pit River. We were smelling something really stinky time to time and realized that the smell was from dead fish in the river. It's salmons spawning season. A few trucks and semis went by us and they nicely slow down for bikers. We got sprinkled by rain on last few kilometres but it got sunny again when we got to our destination of Pit River hot spring. Beautiful spot for ourselves :).

Walk 20:00 [3] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)

Short hike to Bridal Falls on the way to Vancouver.

Mt Biking 1:01:10 [3] 8.1 km (7:33 / km)

Fun riding at Simon Fraser. Up: Pipeline, North Road, Dead Moped, TCT-Burnaby Mtn. Down: Naheeno, Mel's, Nicoles. I can't remember when I rode the trails last but I used to walk a lot both ups and downs. Today I rode the most of them that put my foot down two spots going up (at the end of uphill on TCT and tight switchback up on Mel's) and had one minor crush down on the Nicoles. It was short but very satisfying ride to realize how much of my riding skill have improved.

Mt Biking 1:00:00 [3] 5.4 km (11:07 / km)

Biked to Othello Tunnels on a beautiful smooth Kettle Valley Trail for 2.1km then we took 3.3km of Hope-Nicola Valley Trail which was a strenuous hiking trail went steep up and steep down. It was good to stretch the legs and surprisingly it didn't rain when we were riding.
