really pushed myself for a limit run- had a target of 18 minutes but overshot it considerably i feel. i felt slow. ( to Bs House from school)

got rid of the last energy with a run back home- intervals about 500m apiece up hills and such. very hot! i got through 6 of them over the run and my legs felt tired enough for me to be satisfied. long run tomorrow i feel

royally screwed up the relay- i just wasnt in tune with the forest, and after the first 2 mistakes i just broke tbh.
first mistake on 3 and then went way too far down for 4, confusing all the features for other ones. wrong valley for 5 and by then i was already hopeless. I need to get better at this terrain- its been too long.
