Easy first mile then tried to move a bit quicker, adapting my normal running style just to test calf. It wasn't painful, but I'm aware that there's something there. It didn't get much more sore as the run progressed. Still quite sure that it couldn't last the marathon distance but it's definitely improving. No soreness after run.
