Easier run, made sure to keep it slow. Legs felt a bit tired. Completed exercises. When I stopped running I had a slight bit of soreness close to my left knee cap, just slightly lower down the leg. That stiffened up a bit as the morning went on and I was aware of it whilst walking. Only when I start walking, it disappears after a few steps.
