Moderate Run 1:00:02 [3] 8.5 mi (7:04 / mi) +25m 7:00 / mi

60 mins moderate on grass pitches, inc diagonal work. Felt good getting the legs stretched. Illness feeling much better. Defo feel slow but also feeling positive. I thought this was meant to be a moderate run, my mistake!

Moderate Run 1:04:05 [3] 9.28 mi (6:54 / mi) +45m 6:48 / mi
slept:7.5

Hadn't been coughing as much today and after the positive run last night I gave this moderate run a go. I was surprised at how easy the 7.15 pace felt, I had to hold back a lot. I never really got out of breath and had a few gears left if I needed them. Coughed a bit and got soaked, other than that I thought this was a good session. Hamstrings and glutes were feeling the technical exercises from last night, but in a good way. I did a good bit of stretching after tonight's run.

Out and back road run I the rain. It was nice. A lot of coughing up green shit in the first few minutes, but that settled and the pace felt easy. Legs felt good.
