covered first half of Garmin Mourne Skyline MTR course. Worked hard at times, getting through the group on this recce day. Enjoyed being back in the hills, though the steep stuff was hard going.

Easy road run, windy but took things easy. Little jaded after yesterday but feel fine.

Gale force winds almond coast and on higher ground so I went into the forest park for this run. Put in a good effort, moderate or maybe slightly harder. Enjoyed the work, felt positive and energetic. Technical single track slowed the pace a bit but I work well on it.

Easy morning jog in the rain. Road road with 6x hill sprints added after almost 40 mins of running. Felt good.

Moderate run run on the coast, tired a little in the end but no too bad. Legs feeling good, as in no niggles etc, although it was them that tired mainly I think.
