Worked 6.30am to 6.30pm, felt a bit tired, not running wise, just tired. Started easy and got into it ok. Coast run route, so it was quite flat.

Easy run along the causeway coast, with some speed variations on the coastal trail. First 40 mins on my own, then 28 mins with work friends. Felt easy.

Easy jog, sometimes never feels easy early in the morning, but I didn't push things at all.

Easy road run around country roads, legs felt good. Made sure to keep the pace easy. Some stretching afterwards. Then went to see Santa......

20 min jog to hills. Easy pace. 8x 30secs with easy downhill recovery, followed by 6x 60secs with adequate recovery. Reaching 0.10 of a mile on 30s, 0.20 on 60s. Went through 0.10 2-3 secs slower on the 60 sec reps, enough effort left to slightly increase pace in second half. Finished out of breath. Easy jog home.

Easy run, casual pace. I felt quite good but made sure to keep pace easy. Technical exercises after 25 mins. I find these ones work the calves a lot. Testing!

Legs feeling more recovered now, ran how I felt, trying not to get out of breath! It went well, nice morning.

Still an easy run but I tried a little bit harder, just to see how I was feeling. Feeling good. Strides felt smooth.

Easy jog on predominantly flat route. Legs tired after the race, mainly thighs and calves but tired in general.

Easy road run, around the town. After a big lunch, still feeling a bit full up! Took it easy.
