One easy run instead of two. Cracking morning, cold dry sunny and calm, pleasure being out. Run felt very easy. Feeling good.

Easy running before 10x 1 min at 10k pace (town park loop). Easy run on coast back to car. Felt good. I feel recovered from sickness.

Easy run, with a few harder sections, as a test. I will complete the fartlek tomorrow night as I wanted a test at harder stuff tonight. This went well.
