Started nice and easy then picked speed up a little through 3-4 miles. Felt good - no issues

Soleus area slightly tight last night, despite being ok during run. Easy hour on bike.

Easy Run 30:59 [3] 4.1 mi (7:33 / mi) +75m 7:09 / mi

Very eager to try a run. So I did. It went well, legs a little heavy, but once I got going it was good. No soreness. Each mile got faster and the last one was an easier pace. Positive.

30 mins on cross trainer, relatively easy work rate
