Trail run in forest park. Undulating route with a few more hills than earlier in the week. Calf feels fine, raised the effort level a bit.

Easy trail run before work. Legs and body feeling a little tired. But not sore. Might consider bike tomorrow.

Started on flat grass then onto undulating trail. Calf still feeling ok. No issues. Other runs have felt slow and lethargic. This felt a bit better. Perhaps that was down to my apprehension!

Easy run over grassy trail route, similar to yesterday.. felt good.

Grassy trail run. Walked the steep uphill to start, then ran over the undulating grassing trail - out and back. No issues with my calf at all. Now that I'm back home and cooled down, still don't feel any tightness or soreness.
