Mix of grass and track style trail. Felt tired to start, but after a bit of hard work I started to feel very good. Enjoyed this!

Easy paced trail run, mostly twisty trail. Technical exercises too. No issues.

Undulating trail run, mix of steep and gradual up hill. Legs felt good.

Good hilly route around the forest. All runnable hills, 4 of which were quite long. Felt great, worked on the hills and relaxed but ran on the flat and down hill. No issues

Easy run around the trails, technical trails, so it helped to keep the pace slow. Enjoyable run. No pains

Hike 4:16:08 [2] 15.8 mi (16:13 / mi) +1265m 12:59 / mi

Seems to be no issues. Later on in the walk, I could feel that the (left) calf was working a bit more, or a bit weaker. More so because the good one was completely fine with the exercise. 15.8 miles in 4h 15 mins, with nearly 1300 metres ascent/descent. It was a mix of gradual and steep uphill. No problem on downhill at all.
