Moderate run on good trails. Some steep climbing but all runnable. Took a couple of miles to get going, but finished strong.

Fancied getting out for an easy jog, rather than sitting about the house (raining outside). Very easy effort.

Easy undulating road run. Tried to keep things slow and concentrate on recovery

Steady paced run mostly on coast road, partly with club mates. Felt relaxed and good, pace a bit faster than normal- but still moderate effort.

Moderate effort run on hilly trails around Carnfunnock. Some good trail, some twisty technical (roots) parts - enjoyable.

Did the 80 min moderate tonight (instead of tomorrow), as I'll be tight for time tomorrow. After an easy mile I felt good, cruising pace felt relaxed. Very warm conditions (24-25c), but a decent run.

Easy run along coast. Legs felt heavy to start, but they improved a lot. All good!

Mostly undulating coastal cliff trails with quite a few sharp but runnable climbs. Took a while to get going, felt very good after I took food on board. Drank plenty. Legs felt good considering yesterday's and today's mileage.
