Mountain Race race 7:53:45 [4] 48.45 mi (9:47 / mi) +2819m 8:17 / mi

Fast start felt good. The higher sections felt a bit harder but I tried to keep a good pace to stay competitive. Things good better when I dropped lower. Happy with effort, mentality and result.

Easy effort run over Lurig mountain race course with a friend. I've put effort at 2 because on the steeper part of the climb I was breathing a little harder. The rest was a 0.5!

Undulating trail run at Carnfunnock. Worked at moderate pace and increased the speed in the last mile when I got onto flatter ground. Turn over felt efficient.

Easy road run, quite enjoyable. Having ran less miles on Saturday and Sunday I definitely feel fresher at the start of this week!
