Specific Endurance 3:44:34 [4] 31.05 mi (7:14 / mi) +909m 6:38 / mi

Joined in with a marathon running group for a challenge run (Knockagh Challenge) for a good hilly loop, I did 3 loops 10.33 each). Ran steady for 3hrs then backed off on the final descent and run in to finish point. Pace was reserved, felt relaxed and good. Mix of road and trail.

Easy run around the town before work. Took it easier, after last night effort.

After work I went out again, I had time and thought I'd make up for the run I missed earlier in the week. If I was tired I wouldn't have went - but I felt like I wanted to run.

Uphill run to club training, then did a steady session with some lads who were looking more of a tempo run, then ran back to the car! Felt strong throughout.

Easy trail run in crap weather. Easy running, with a mix of steep and gradual runnable hills.

Unscheduled Rest Day, ended up working at a football match after my normal hours. Home at 11.20pm (left the house at 6.40am). I should be able to fit an extra easy session in another day.

Easy run, stayed relaxed and intentionally slowed on hills.

Trail run along the causeway coast. Good running terrain with some short steep climbs and a few longer gradual ones too. Styles always slow me down! No issues with this distance.
