Decided against racing, so ran this at Pretty much at maximum pace. Again found the first few climbs tough, but after the first downhill stretch I felt better. Push thepace as much as I could. Fast last half mile, busted when I finished.

Very similar run to this morning, but a different start and finish loop. Legs are ok, could be tired in the morning. Long day!!

Easy run on Rathlin island, forget how tough the running is here. Legs a bit tired after yesterday, but as the run progressed they got better.

Undulating run over mostly road with some trail. Legs felt good, particularly at the moderate pace on hills. Enjoyable effort!

Another easy run in Carnfunnock Forest. Feel like I could have pushed it on tonight, but didn't! Stayed easy.

Easy run with club mates. Legs and body feeling good, good positive attitude as well. I feel training is going well.

Easy run in Carnfunnock forest park. Legs felt fine, not too bad after the weekend.

Tried to get some elevation on tired legs then some trail with rocks (with Ben Nevis and the run along west highland way at end of ultra in mind). Started slow, but loosened up and eventually felt very good.
