Glenariff Forest Park. Fantastic morning and a pleasure to be on the trails. Kept pace relaxed and didn't really check my watch, just based on how I felt. All runnable hills.

Moderate run on country roads. Started easy and gradually picked up pace - felt relaxed. Enjoyable route.

Easy running with club mate along coast road. Felt easy. No issues at all.

20 mins easy running, 30 mins moderate,14 mins easy. Stretched legs out a little on the downhill section of 30 mins moderate (the club event) then relaxed and strides out over the last .75 of a mile. Felt good and Form felt smooth.

Very easy pace road run. Thighs arent as bad as I thought they might be. Overall, I feel very good!

Relaxed pace to start, with a few miles of flatter ground before the hills. Felt ok over the 5 hrs (despite doing a few loops). Good mix of trail and road - all very runnable, but quite a few short steep climbs. Thighs tired when I finished.
