I was looking forward to this one, given that the week was easy. Undulating road run and felt great. On a gradual downhill sub 6 mins felt relaxed. Always had a few gears left.

Early morning trail run. Feeling good, felt like pushing on but restrained myself! Easy pace is definitely getting faster.

Easy pace morning run. Very quiet and uneventful. Enjoyed it, legs feeling ok.

Bit tired to start, so took it easy. Improved for a few miles and then tired again. Food/gels helped. Conditions were awful, soaked from the started. Thighs tired at the end. Glad to finish!
