Tempo session on Trails and Grass. Undulating route, based on how I felt, I continued the effort until I got back to the road (for my cool down). Felt good!

Easy 10 mins out, 10 mins back cool down run.

Hill Reps 1:05:01 [4] 8.49 mi (7:39 / mi) +265m 6:59 / mi

Easy warm jump, 10x 300m uphill reps, jog back Recovery and then jog home. 300m uphill reps took about 70 seconds each, good effort and was tiring over the last few metres. Good session!

Easy running, felt tired and drained during this, but the strides always adds some energy!!

Easy running with Fundamental hill session. Legs tired as the hill session progressed- but I enjoy this one.
