Progressive effort on a mix of road and Trail. Enjoyable run, but front of ankle felt a little sore.

Easy run from home to the hill, 4x hill sprints, then jogged back home. I like adding the sprints and strides into the easy runs!!

5x 1 Mile Reps, completed on grass and road. 5.23, 5.11, 5.14, 5.28, 5.16 all felt good until about the last 400 then I just had to think about form and continuing the pace
