Seeley 10k Road Race, started with 5.26, 5.26 which felt ok, but that slowed to 5.38, 5.40, 5.49, 5.50. It was a bit breezy and cold at times, but wouldn’t have effected me that much.

25 mins warm up, then completed the 6x 2.5 mins on, 90 secs Steady between each. Then cool down run back home. Reps felt good, pace around 5.30-5.40 in windy conditions. Did this a day early as I’m working 7am to midnight tomorrow

Easy run, no issues with ankle. Took it particularly easy.

Moderate paced run (started easier). Again my ankle was feeling a bit tender, moreso on the initial downhill bits. Feels like a bone type thing rather than strain
