10 mins Steady before 6x 1 min on 1 min off (at 5k effort), 5 mins relaxed, 10 mins at 10k/tempo effort, 5 mins Steady then 6x 1 min on 1 min off. Ran as part of a club handicap event but focused on my session. Enjoyed this one. Calf was good until maybe the final few 1 min on/off sections. Seems to be a bit worse when run on flatter faster ground! Not painful really, manageable!
