Moderate run on the road, on lower ground. Icy and snowy higher up. Thighs a little tired, but ok!

Easy run with some speed variations on coastal path. Always feel better one I pick the pace up and add some purpose!

pretty much hit the pace but it felt a bit harder than tempo, particularly the last 2 miles. I was very tired when finished. So rated this a 5.

Easy running before and during club training, with 6 uphill efforts. Uphills felt very good technique, speed and effort wise.

Road run from home, easy mile to start, then a few down hill miles, flat miles, ending with a climb back up Home. Worked well, maybe a bit hard on uphill but not over the top
