Moderate run, downhill start with relaxed first mile. Flatter through the middle part of the run and then uphill finish, easier last mile. Legs felt sharp, moderate felt a bit faster.

Easy multi terrain run with speed variations included. Undulating route, legs feeling good.

Easy run before tempo session

Tempo Run 35:55 [4] 6.02 mi (5:58 / mi) +42m 5:50 / mi

Tempo run on coast road, with only a short hill at the start and a slightly longer gradual one near the end. 6 mins was controllable and a good gauge of were I’m at with this type of session. Last 1.5 miles started to hurt a little, but always manageable.

Easy run, started as a jog but gradually increasing pace as I recovered. But always easy.

Easy run from home to hill, extending the route slightly. 6x Hill Sprints. Concentrated on form, thinking of those few recent clips shared. Enjoy these. Jogged home.

Joined in a club session but just took it easy. Added some strides.

Easy morning run, legs felt ok. Added some strides in the second half. All good.

Moderate Run 2:32:52 [3] 20.63 mi (7:25 / mi) +691m 6:43 / mi

Hilly Trail and road run, still icy and snowy higher up. Felt good and could have ran harder but stayed relaxed and enjoyed this.
