Run down to the town park, ran a few strides, then an uphill run home. Strides felt good, uphill not so good, just a bit sluggish.

Easy early morning run, legs felt good once I got going.

Club training, mostly easy then I added a few strides whilst the others were doing intervals. Nothing more than 70%. Legs felt good

Easy road run, legs actually feeling recovered. Thigh is ok, bit bruised but superficial damage.

Easy run at club. Legs felt ok and I wanted to get out. The company was good, good fun.
