Loops of Carnfunnock and country roads, mainly steep climbs in the forest then long gradual ones on the road. Felt a bit heavy to start, but after a few miles things felt good. I felt confident

Easy jog, legs (thighs) a bit tired after last night. 4 Hill prints on Trail, didn’t over do it.

40 mins alone on the coast then joined by a few club mates, good run, maybe working a bit harder than moderate at times, but not to hard.

Run along the antrim hills, grassy trail. Good weather and nice to be in the hills after work, during the week! Steeper hills were challenging- the others felt good.

Long run around Glenariff, felt relaxed, although legs tired a little when I got into double figures. No issues continuing though.
