Hilly trail mountain run, slightly technical in places but legs felt a bit tired, particularly my quads. Tired on both uphills and down hills.

Easy effort trail run. Quite hilly but tried to keep it slow and easy. 6x Hill sprints included.

Moderate paced road run, took a short time to get up to pace but got there and felt relatively good.

Nice sunny run over the hills, grassy, slightly technical trails but good soft ground for my tired and tender quads! Felt great in the second half. Right lower shin was a little sore at the end of last night’s run and again this morning. Fine today.

Easy run, a few miles before club training then went out with one of the groups. Nice evening, enjoyable run! Thighs are still a bit tender from Sunday.

Easy run in Carnfunnock, a few hills felt hard so I’ve marked this as 2 for effort. Thighs tender on downhills.

Run in Mournes, started in the forest then took runnable trails up higher. Took in 3 big climbs to help with elevation, short walking sections. The last 10 miles were back on flatter faster trails. Thighs tired, but fuel and everything else was good. Loved this run! Mostly with company.
