Specific Endurance 2:32:41 [3] 16.43 mi (9:18 / mi) +699m 8:12 / mi

Long Trail run at Glenariff. Most of the climbing in second half of route. Felt good, I see improvements in climbing and ability to recover at the top. Quads still getting used to descents, but it’s getting better. Enjoyed this one.

Moderate run along coast and loop of Carnfunnock. Felt ok. Usual start feeling a bit rushed then relaxed and got into pace fine. Nike shoes.

Out early as it’s another 7am-9pm in Work. Needed to leave at 6.20 so 40 mins was as much as I could get. Nice to be out in the light mornings. Legs felt very good, but I was surprised how slow pace was!

Worked 7am- 8.30pm. Needed to get out to relax a bit. Ran 10 mins shorter. Enjoyable, easy run. Legs feeling good after the weekend.

Easy run on coast road, bit stiff to start. Stopped half way for a stretch. Felt good by when finishing. Shorter as I know I’m out with club tonight.

Easy run with a group at the club. Moving amongst the pack and talking. Low effort.
