Long Trail run at Glenariff. Most of the climbing in second half of route. Felt good, I see improvements in climbing and ability to recover at the top. Quads still getting used to descents, but it’s getting better. Enjoyed this one.

Out early as it’s another 7am-9pm in Work. Needed to leave at 6.20 so 40 mins was as much as I could get. Nice to be out in the light mornings. Legs felt very good, but I was surprised how slow pace was!
