Moderate Run 2:01:47 [3] 16.53 mi (7:22 / mi) +325m 6:57 / mi

Started this on road then onto Trail after 6 miles, with another 2 on road to finish. Felt ok, started easier and built into it effort wise. Natural pace on road settled well and felt ok. Stayed relaxed and pulled pace back on climbs.

Easy road run at lunch time as I had to get Adam after work. Relaxed pace. Legs felt good today. Well recovered for the weekend

Hilly trail run at Carnfunnock. Easy effort, raised a bit on the uphills but I slowed the pace. Some single track which was slower but good fun. Legs ok.

Moderates are the runs I least prefer! Always seem to be focussed on a pace rather than feeling, especially for the first few miles until I get going. Anyway, legs a bit tired on this one. Worked a bit hard to start then reverted to moderate feeling!

Run from car park to start of Hill, a few strides.

Hill Reps hills 1:00:32 [4] 7.37 mi (8:13 / mi) +409m 7:00 / mi

3x 10 min Hill reps on same Hill as last time. Held back a little on the first one based on learning from last time. Tempo effort, tired at the end of each and legs feeling the burn!! Very easy recovery included in this

Easy jog back to car.
