Long Trail run with two sections on grassy rougher and steeper ground. Started a bit slow but gradually got into it. Perhaps a bit tired, not running wise, just everything in general. After 40-45 minutes I felt better. Fuelled with gel every 30 mins and had about 1 litre of water. Felt fine finishing.

Had to fit this in during a break in work. It was a speed variation on trails, with some hills. Bit rushed but felt sharp enough. Uphills definitely improving

Easy run before joining club training (maintaining easy effort). Legs improved from yesterday. Felt better today.

Mostly flat road run along coast. Legs tired to start, so I maintained the effort but probably a bit slower. Bit lethargic on the way back, busy day at work and probably haven’t ate enough!

fucked up today!! 3 Reps instead of 4. Honest mistake- thought the 4s started next week. Today’s went well, first maybe a fast to start. Felt stronger on 2nd and 3rd. Go the same distance in each, which was further than previous sessions.
