Long Trail run with two sections on grassy rougher and steeper ground. Started a bit slow but gradually got into it. Perhaps a bit tired, not running wise, just everything in general. After 40-45 minutes I felt better. Fuelled with gel every 30 mins and had about 1 litre of water. Felt fine finishing.
