First half on road, second half on firm grass. Again very warm, felt unenergic to started but got into it and felt fine in the second part.

Easy run with the club. A few road miles before it, then an out and back 5 miler. Easy on way out, adding strides on the way back. Felt ok, probably as good as I’ve felt since the 50 miler. Strides felt good

Easy run on road with some grass at the end. Legs feeling a little tired but not too bad.

Road run, started with an uphill at easy pace then steady - moderate. Felt good through to 9-10 miles then tired a little. Weather has been very warm and I carried 500 ml maybe not enough

Run from home around the higher parts of the town. All road and pavement. Felt mentally and physically better than yesterday.
