Easy effort run with diagonals. Normal running on road then diagonals on football pitches. Felt fast on those, happy with session.

2x 15 mins tempo on Coast Road with short (3mins) jog recovery. Tried to base this on the pace/effort of last week. Felt ok to start and as I finished (last 1-2 mins) I was ready for the break. Even enough splits, as road is mostly flat. Enjoyed the effort.

Easy running with strides. Half on road half on grass. Strides in second half. Legs feel fine from yesterday and this session went well. Strides felt light enough after the first couple.

The initial few miles at easy pace turn out to be quicker than normal easy, but felt relaxed. Progressively faster, apart from a few short sharp climbs on the country roads. Felt really good today and enjoyed the effort, 6.20ish was about my limit in terms of sustainability in this session. When I got to 6.05 it felt hard. Perhaps a bit tired sleep wise but glfelt like a Good day out!

Legs felt a bit tired to start with, but definitely improved quite quickly. Easy pace out through forest trail then some strides on the flatter coast road onthe way back. Strides felt light, with decent technique and felt fast and natural. Enjoyable run!

Long hilly trail run in Glenariff. Really enjoyed this. With company, time flew by and legs felt great. Bit slow on the climbs, but otherwise ran very well. Wasn’t that tired afterwards. Good session
