roughly 5.56, 5.58, 5.47 then the last bit. Didn’t look at my watch at all. Went on sustainability hard until the last lap then gave it everything. Worked hard to catch those in front, pass them and then stay ahead. Finished in front of a few whom I thought would finish ahead of me. Personally, I thought it went better than expected! Windy conditions.

Easy run on road and Trail. Felt a little tired today, probably a mix of a few things, busy at work and Home. Food wise, eating ok and trying to drink more water. Happy to get finished today.

We started away from club house tonight, something we do every now and then. Carnfunnock country park, the session was 6x 4 mins on gradual uphill trial. The last minute or so go flatter and turnover increased. Worked at tempo effort. Enjoyable session. Time and distance includes recovery downhill. Felt strong on the ups and recovered quite well.

Easy run along coast road. Felt good! Held back a little and enjoyed the strides. Strides felt sharp. Good run!

easy pace to start, progressively faster, on country roads before the flatter coast section. Felt good and enjoyed the effort, 6.20 was again about my limit in terms of sustainability in this session (that was based on how I felt). Finish felt a bit smoother and quicker this week, I enjoyed pushing on.

Good sleep before Long hilly trail run in Glenariff. With company for last 2hrs, time flew by and legs felt great after about 5 miles. Bit slow on the climbs, but otherwise ran well. Was a bit tired afterwards. Good session
