Haries hill reps + WU/WD - 8 x observatory hill
Continuous rep of steady up easy back down. Pretty enjoyable actually and nice temperature out

Again not good after - head felt full of pressure and was completely shattered by 9pm. Any quick movement causes a sharp pain in my head. Back to recovery and easy runs for abit I think
