Note

Took the weekend easy. Just jogged/walked courses. Good technical practice, made me realise how little orienteering training I actually do. Would be keen for more. Head generally good, mainly just waves of pain but never lasting longer than a couple mins. Going to keep things easy and not run on days where I’m working really hard at uni.
