BUCS Relay - 2nd

Forgot garmin so estimated distance and climb. Pretty horrific experience but also rather fun. With roughly 1.5 hrs sleep and a deathly hangover under my belt I was set off in second position on 3rd leg by Zoe and Tara (who both smashed it). Manged to someone hold onto 2nd even though my nav was all over the place and any slight incline made me want to spew

Loved this area and course. Felt like my pace was pretty decent and not many mistakes except some stupid route choice to 5 and some direction problems. All in all very happy

Kind of copied this session off something I saw Grace do (thanks grace <3)
5 x (400m steady, 400m race, 400m easy)

A kind of leg of a sprint race simulation. Was really difficult trying to find a steady pace but was really interesting changing between the paces. Think my paces were pretty consistent but could probably have pushed a little harder on the race paces.
